Overview of all improvements and fixes:

• Grandstream gateways with model extension V2 (e.g. HT801V2) can be provisioned again. 
• SQL error when creating a private phone book entry fixed.
• Improved audio quality of uploaded announcements when listening in the browser. 
• The setup wizard now creates a default pause reason for new telephone systems (name: Pause)
• Indicator for running jobs in the Admin Dashboard improved. It is now more conspicuous.
