With the new outbound call rules (also known as identities), you can now make outgoing calls even more flexible and transparent. In your pascom app, you can easily specify the identity under which a call should be made.

More control over your caller identity:

This gives you the following options:

•     Calls can be made in your own name.
•     Alternatively, you can select a team to which you belong—for example, "Support," "Sales," or "Accounting."
•     This allows you to maintain control over which phone number your conversation partner sees and in which context the call is made.

Callbacks directly from the call history:

Another highlight: Callbacks from the call history are now automatically initiated with the appropriate originating phone number. For example, if you call back a missed call from the "Support" team, the callback is made directly via the support phone number – without any manual switching or additional clicks.

Easy setup:

This feature is available with the latest pascom app version v119. Setup is straightforward: in the team settings of your pascom telephone system, simply specify the line via which a team should make external calls – and everything is ready to go.

All improvements and fixes at a glance

• Call forwarding and break reasons on the admin interface have been redesigned.
• Call rules in the extension settings can now be copied from one extension to another using a button.
• More tooltips have been added to the admin interface.
• Users and contacts with labels were not deleted correctly during import if the data record no longer existed in the source.
• The app installation overview in the dashboard now has a filter for online/offline status.
• The virtual fax server has been improved and now runs more reliably.

With our latest BETA update, we are bringing artificial intelligence directly to your cloud phone system! With the pascom BETA Cloud, you can now find a new entry in the telephone system menu under "Call Distribution → AI Agents," which you can be used to easily create and manage your own AI agents.

🤖 What are pascom AI agents?

AI agents are computer-controlled employees who independently answer calls and interact with your callers automatically. Based on your individually defined prompts, the agents ask specific questions, record the answers, and process them intelligently. Choose a ready-made AI agent for your industry or build your own.

For example, AI agents can:

• Greet callers and pre-qualify them,
• Request information about reason for calling, callback times, or customer data,
• and then automatically make the information available in your pascom app.

🧠 New AI Labels

All collected responses are packaged into labels by the AI agents and displayed directly within pascom app's call history / call details. This provides you with an instant overview of caller information that is already available. In addition, the call is briefly summarised in the notes.
