New outbound call rules (identities) for outgoing calls
With the new outbound call rules (also known as identities), you can now make outgoing calls even more flexible and transparent. In your pascom app, you can easily specify the identity under which a call should be made.
More control over your caller identity:
This gives you the following options:
- Calls can be made in your own name.
- Alternatively, you can select a team to which you belong—for example, "Support," "Sales," or "Accounting."
- This allows you to maintain control over which phone number your conversation partner sees and in which context the call is made.
Callbacks directly from the call history:
Another highlight: Callbacks from the call history are now automatically initiated with the appropriate originating phone number. For example, if you call back a missed call from the "Support" team, the callback is made directly via the support phone number – without any manual switching or additional clicks.
Easy setup:
This feature is available with the latest pascom app version v119. Setup is straightforward: in the team settings of your pascom telephone system, simply specify the line via which a team should make external calls – and everything is ready to go.
