XRechnung now available in the mypascom Portal

We are pleased to present an important new feature in the mypascom Portal: XRechnung is here!

What does this mean for you?

✅ Machine-readable & standardized: Your invoices are now automatically transmitted in a future-proof format.

✅ Legally compliant & compliant: From 2025, companies in Germany must be able to receive and process XRechnungen. With mypascom, you are perfectly prepared!

✅ Efficient invoice dispatch: By default, you will now receive your invoices in the mypascom Portal as both a PDF and an XRechnung via email.

You can also switch completely to XRechnung now.

  •     Benefit from intelligent call processing by our AI agents! From now on, you can view the caller data collected by AI agents directly in the team journal of your pascom app.
  •     AI Journal Entries: The entries are specially marked and stand out with a color gradient.
  •     Captured Data: Important information such as the reason for the call, date of birth or the caller's name is displayed in purple labels with an AI symbol.
  •     Call Summary: Directly below the labels, you will find a concise summary of the call, created by the AI agent.
  •     Call Recording: The complete call recording is available directly in the journal entry.

Setting up our AI agents is incredibly easy and done in just a few steps! Automatically convert call recordings into text

Utilize the powerful AI transcriptions of your pascom phone system directly in the pascom App! This new function automatically converts your call recordings into text, allowing you to quickly and clearly view all important content of your phone calls. You can conveniently find the transcribed texts in the respective journal entry of the call log – so you always keep an overview and can manage your conversations even more easily.

✅ Quick Overview: Find important information at a glance, without having to listen to long audio files.

🔍 Searchable: Easily search for keywords in your transcribed conversations.

✍️ Simple Management: Process the entries with additional notes directly in the journal entry.

Easily identify transcribed entries by a REC symbol in the call log and by an AI robot avatar in the notes. 🤖

Administrators can easily activate AI transcription in the recording system.

New update in the mypascom customer portal: Porting process can now be flexibly paused and resumed

With our latest update to the mypascom customer portal, we want to make the porting process even more convenient and efficient. We know that when transferring a phone number to pascom, it is often necessary to compile documents or obtain information—and we have now created a practical solution for exactly that.


From now on, you can easily pause the porting process, save it, and then continue later -without losing any data or having to re-enter information.

✨ The most important information at a glance

  • Save progress:
    During the porting process, you have two save points available—one before uploading the phone bill and one before uploading the porting order.
    You can find saved drafts in the "Orders" → "Drafts" menu.




  • Continue later:
    Any saved draft can be opened and continued at any time.



  • Automatic draft detection:
    If you start a porting process for the same telephone system again, the system recognizes existing drafts and offers to continue them.

New outbound call rules (identities) for outgoing calls

With the new outbound call rules (also known as identities), making outbound calls is now even more flexible and transparent. In your pascom app, you can easily select the identity with which a call should be made.

More control over your caller identity:

This gives you the following options:

  •     Calls can be made in your own name.
  •     Alternatively, you can select a team to which you belong—for example, "Support," "Sales," or "Accounts."
  •     This allows you to maintain control over which phone number your conversation partner sees and in which context the call is made.

Callbacks directly from the call history:

Another highlight: callbacks from the call history are now automatically initiated with the appropriate originating phone number. For example, if you a missed call to the "Support" team, the callback will be made directly via the support phone number – without any manual switching or additional clicks.

Easy setup:

This feature is available with the latest pascom app version v119. The setup is straightforward: in the team settings of your pascom telephone system, simply specify the line via which a team should make external calls – and everything is ready to go.

New Feature in the mypascom Customer Portal: Provider Filter

We are pleased to inform you that the mypascom Customer Portal now offers a brand-new filter feature.
With this functionality, you can easily filter by providers and immediately see which of your customers are not yet using pascom ONE.

🔎 How it works:

  • The last trunk used by each customer is displayed.
  • Customers can be filtered according to their provider.
  • This allows you to quickly and clearly identify potential customers for pascom ONE.

This means less searching, more opportunities.

REST API multi-user credentials for more control and flexibility

We are pleased to introduce a new feature for the pascom Cloud Telephone System that makes managing your REST API accesses much easier. You can now create up to 10 REST API credentials. This means more flexibility and control over your API accesses.

What's new?

  • 🔑 Multi-user support: You can now create up to 10 different REST API credentials.
  • 🛠️ Improved authentication: The new implementation enables easy management of API credentials with a secure password hash (sha256). This keeps the management of your credentials simple and secure.
  • 💻 User-friendly front end: The administration of REST API credentials has been simplified in the admin area. You can add new credentials and delete existing ones. The "Add" button is automatically deactivated if 10 credentials already exist.n.
  • 🔒 One-time password display: When creating a new credential, the password is only displayed once. This ensures that your access data is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.
  • ⚙️ Easy migration and compatibility: For existing systems, the old credentials were migrated to the new scheme to ensure a seamless transition.

Important notes:

  • There is an empty list of credentials for new telephone systems - all data must be added manually.
  • For an existing telephone system, the old REST API credentials are migrated to the new table.

This update gives you the ability to manage your API access efficiently and securely to make your pascom cloud telephone system even more flexible and user-friendly.

Answering calls via DTMF on mobile devices

Until now, calls to mobile devices were automatically considered as “answered” as soon as the GSM network connected the call — even if, for example, the call was directed to the user's mobile voicemail box.

👉 What’s new?

  • In the mobile device settings, you will now find the option “Accept call via key press”.

  • By default, this option is disabled (same behaviour as before).
  • If enabled, when receiving a GSM call, you must press at least one DTMF key (a digit on the mobile device’s dial pad) within 4 seconds after answering the call to actually accept it.
  • All other pascom apps (e.g. Softphones, WebApps) will continue to treat the call as “ringing” until the DTMF input is provided.

👉 What are the benefits?

  • Prevents calls from being incorrectly considered as answered when, for example, the mobile device’s voicemail answers.
  • Gives you more control over when a call is actually considered as answered.

WebApp für Konferenzen mit Gästen, in neuem Design

The WebApp for conferences with guests now has a modern, fresh design. The user interface has been adapted to the latest design elements of the pascom app to offer a more pleasant user experience - without any functional changes.

What remains possible as usual?

Guests in conferences can still:

  •     use their camera and screen sharing,
  •     set audio sources and control the microphone,
  •     view all participants in the conference,
  •     exchange information and documents via the chat.

Important:

For the new design to become active, a new pascom group must be created or the guest mode of an existing group must be deactivated once and reactivated.

Create AI-Prompts with Text-To-Speech

Creating and adding new phone system prompts has never been easier thanks to pascom AI and our new AI-based text-to-speech (TTS) tool, which allows you to convert texts into voice prompts at the click of a button - meaning no more microphones or recording studios. The new TTS feature is ideal for creating greetings, menu announcements and individual messages and as it is accessible via the cloud, it saves valuable time and effort.

  • Add a new greeting and give it a name. (e.g. welcome-prompt)
  • Enter the text to be converted into a voice prompt (e.g. Welcome to XYZ)
  • Select a voice and you're done!
