BETA testers can currently try out the pascom WebApp in a new style. Adapted to our new app design, the conference interface for guests looks much more modern. At the same time, our developers have gotten a feel for the web implementation of our pascom app.

The notes function in the call journal of the pascom app is now available for all pascom users. 

What is it exactly?

1. Journal entries can now be annotated with notes. This works for both your own calls and team calls.
2. Notes also have a status, which can be helpful for future processing. 
3. This makes it possible to work together productively and effectively as a team. 

How does it work?

• Click on the journal entry in the call history.
• Enter a new note and add a status symbol - done.

In the filter options of the call journal, you can also filter by status symbols of the notes to quickly find specific entries.

The latest pascom app update is required for this feature.

The latest app update now supports the Yealink WH64 and WH66 headsets. Windows or macOS is required for this. In addition, the caller names are also shown on the display of the headset/base station.
