Additionally, you receive a compact summary of the most important content. This allows you to quickly assess the relevance of the message.

Audio file remains intact

Of course, the original voicemail will still be sent as an audio file, so you can access the original recording at any time.

Optional activation at the system level

Since transcriptions may be privacy-sensitive depending on company policy, the new feature can be controlled via a system setting. Administrators decide whether transcriptions and summaries should be included in emails.
